In Hong Kong's sub-tropical climate, proper wine storage is essential to maintain the quality of wine. Other factors that may adversely affect the quality of wine are exposure to excessive dryness, humidity, vibration or extended periods of light.

Ideal Storage Conditions
From the point of collection to our state of the art storage facility, the service features 24hr temperature, humidity and ambient light control, ensuring your wine is stored in ideal conditions whilst in our care.
Safe & Secure
At the time of collection your wine will be sealed with a tamper-proof seal and your personal collection summary will include a unique ID number for each case stored. In addition our Tsuen Wan storage facilities feature 24hr security surveillance ensuring safety and security of your wine whilst in our care. And of course all our prices are inclusive of insurance.
Service & Convenience
Wine storage is easy at Fairmont. We offer collection and delivery anywhere in Hong Kong with two days notice.
Storage Fee
HK$1.00 per bottle per month. There's no in and out charge.
Delivery Fee
$180 (including 5 cases of wines, 60 bottles) for Kowloon and New Territories.
$150 (including 5 cases of wines, 60 bottles) for Hong Kong Island.
